- Interior glass touch points, door glass and partition smudges
Detail-driven cleaning for waiting rooms, exam rooms, treatment areas and shared corridors on a documented schedule.

- High-touch point cleaning: handles, rails, switches, counters
- Exam and treatment room surface cleaning per your written protocol
- Restroom and utility area cleaning and restocking
- Waste handling to your designated collection points
- Floor care appropriate to the surface type
Regulated waste handling, sterilization and infection-control certification requirements must be confirmed in writing before service begins.
Classroom, hallway, restroom and cafeteria cleaning scheduled around class hours and term calendars.

- Corridor and entryway floor care
- Term-break deep-clean scheduling on request
Front-of-house presentation cleaning plus back-of-house support, timed around trading hours.

- Sales floor and fitting room tidy and floor care
- Restroom cleaning and restocking
- Back-of-house and staff area cleaning
Office-and-amenity cleaning inside operational facilities, with floor programs for walkways and dock areas.

- Site offices, lunchrooms and locker areas
- Restroom and shower facility cleaning
- Walkway sweeping and machine-assisted floor cleaning where access allows
- Waste consolidation to your designated area
Confined-space work, height work, chemical handling beyond general cleaning agents and machinery cleaning are out of scope unless separately agreed in writing.
Scheduled projects that sit alongside your recurring service, quoted separately per visit.

- Carpet extraction and hard-floor strip, seal and finish
- Interior window cleaning at reachable heights
- Post-construction and post-event detail cleans
- Move-in / move-out turnovers
Exterior window cleaning above ground level, pressure washing, pest control, waste disposal off site, landscaping, security and maintenance/repair work are not part of Wave Cleaning’s scope.
Cleaning for homes, with tasks and frequency agreed in a written scope before service begins.

Scope limits
Work Wave Cleaning does not perform
Listing exclusions up front keeps quotes accurate and avoids assumptions on either side.
- Exterior or above-ground-level window cleaning
- Waste transport or disposal away from your site
- Pest control, landscaping, snow or ice management
- Maintenance, repairs, electrical or plumbing work
- Regulated, hazardous or biohazard waste handling
- Security services or key-holding beyond an agreed access procedure
If your home or facility needs something not listed as included, ask during the walkthrough. It will either be added to the written scope or identified as outside what Wave Cleaning provides.
