Terms of service

Draft for review. These terms cover use of this website and the quoting process, not a signed service agreement.

Draft status. These terms have not been reviewed by a legal professional. The legal entity name, governing jurisdiction and dispute-resolution provisions are pending confirmation.

Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to visitors of this website, operated by Wave Cleaning (legal entity name pending confirmation). Services actually delivered are governed by a separate written service agreement and scope.

Website content

Content is provided for general information about commercial and residential cleaning services. Service descriptions are typical examples, not commitments for any particular home or facility. No claim of certification, insurance coverage, licensing, staffing levels or performance results is made on this website.

Quotes and inquiries

Submitting a form is a request for contact, not a booking or a binding agreement. Prices are provided only after a walkthrough and are valid as stated in the written quote. Any figure discussed before a walkthrough is indicative.

Scope of work

Only the tasks, areas and frequencies listed in your signed written scope are included. The following categories are outside the services offered unless separately agreed in writing:

  • Exterior or above-ground-level window cleaning
  • Waste transport or disposal away from your site
  • Pest control, landscaping, snow or ice management
  • Maintenance, repairs, electrical or plumbing work
  • Regulated, hazardous or biohazard waste handling
  • Security services or key-holding beyond an agreed access procedure

Client responsibilities

The client provides safe access, working utilities, agreed waste staging areas and notice of any site-specific hazards, security procedures or compliance requirements before service begins.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of this website is limited. Specific liability, indemnity and insurance provisions belong in the service agreement and must be drafted with legal advice before publication.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The effective date will be published here once the final version is approved.
